Dear Sir or Madam,
after all of the available slots have been taken, another vaccination term will be unveiled.
In case you would want to resign from the vaccination term you've got qualified for, we kindly ask You to inform us:
- not later than 2 days before the vaccination term,
- email to: szczepienia@uni.opole.pl,
- please include an information about which term are you resigning from
We would also like to inform, that on the day of vaccination (27.01.2022), a bus will be provided at the "Niechcic" Student Dormitory, which will take people from the UO campus to the University Clinical Hospital 15 minutes before every full hour.
